Return policy applies to physical products shipped or picked up and not to virtual products (downloaded files).

We strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every book as it’s described on our Web sites. You’re eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on the bookseller’s part or if the book doesn’t arrive.

Please see below for information on how to initiate a return through your account.

1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged

You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on our part. If you receive the incorrect book you’ll be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. If your book arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately at customer service@active8now.com.au

2. Book Did Not Arrive

If your book has not arrived within 3 days of the date your shipper has specified, we recommend that you contact us immediately.If your book hasn’t arrived 21 days past the estimated delivery date, up until 30 days past. (For example, when the estimated delivery date is November 1st, the return can be initiated between November 21at and December 1st.) You may be eligible for a refund uniess we receive tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the return is void. In cases where the book is returned to the bookseller for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds will not be issued on the book price, the shipping amount, or both. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, we may prefer that you return the book for a full refund instead.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs. Your refund will be processed to your credit card once the bookseller receives the book back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn’t arrive and tracking isn’t provided, the refund will be cancelled. 5. Warranty

Books from Cepher Publishing Group are warranted against manufacturers defects for a period of 6 months from the date the book ships. To initiate a warranty claim send an email to customer service@active8now.com.au with a description of the defect and, preferably with a photo of it. A customer service representative will respond to your email to process the claim.
